 Jag Steele.
Rock star. Womanizer. Addict. With endless nights of
parties and screaming fans, Jag can have anything he wants. And he wants
Roxy Slade, but Jag is the epitome of everything Roxy hates. His sexy
smiles and determined advances do little to shake her. And then she sees
a crack in his rock star armor, a broken past that she can’t help but
identify with. Is it enough to make her fall for this tortured rock
An addict and his high.
A girl and her shattered knight.
Could you fall for the bad boy you know will ultimately break you?
Review by Paula:
This isn’t a lovey romance. Jag is a druggie and alcoholic who’s in a band and pretty much doesn’t give a crap about life at all. Roxy has had a horrible past and but doesn’t let it define her. Jag almost dies and really needs to wake the hell up and see people do care about him and see the real him. Roxy and Jags story isn’t all romance it’s hard core in your face shocking and disgusting at times you want to yell at Jag but we get to see what someone with addiction goes thru on a daily basis and maybe how Jag can turn his life around. 4 Stars

Sex is all I need. I don’t need love.
I’m Rush Wilder, bassist of
Pandemic Sorrow, which means I can practically have any woman I
want—except Jules. She’s off limits because she’s part of that industry
that owns my ass. And that’s fine, because I’m a rocker through and
through. Girls that will never have me for more than one night. Wild
parties. Tours. . .and Jules always in the back of my mind.
Sex was all I had. And she made me think maybe rock stars do need someone to love after all
Review by Paula:
Rush is a rockstar , druggie filthy mouth man-whore sex is all he knows and all he cares about until his manager Jules. Can Jules open up Rush so that he sees more to life than one night stands? Or will Jules be the one girl to make Rush even worse? Drama, intense crazy read that keeps you on the edge wanting to know more about Rush. 4 Stars

When you don’t want to hurt having the ability to be numb is your best
defense mechanism. And for a long time all I was doing was existing.
thought Jag Steele was arrogant and entitled, the standard dick of a
rock star. Funny thing is, people aren’t always who you expect them to
be. Never in a million years would I have thought the night I meet Jag
would hold any significance, but it did.
I found out that sometimes something that screams utter destruction might actually be your saving grace.

people may say our story was too screwed up to be a romance, but for
two broken people, we made the pieces fit together perfectly.

Review by Paula:
This is Roxy’s and Jags story but in Roxy’s point of view the death of her brother because of drugs. Meeting Jags and he’s the last person she should fall in love with with him being a addict. Roxy’s relationships with her sister Layla and so much more. It’s a great book to see in Roxy’s view of all the heartache she’s gone thru and how much she fell in love with Jags and there HEA 4 Stars

Raw. Gritty. Love.
Because sometimes characters need to be flawed.

P.S. Stevie’s greatest fear is the impending zombie apocalypse. Think
about it: swarming armies of decaying, oozing corpses stumbling around
with clicking teeth, trying to eat your face. Nothing about that is
good. NOTHING!
