Hot, sexy, single neighbor Nick with 2 kids and you keep hearing rumors. Well Anna gets a little curious and looks out her window and definitely is surprised. But when Anna’s dad tells her to go next door and help Nick out and then things start to get complicated. Will Nick give in to his urge or will be back off Anna knowing his best friend Anna’s dad would probably be mad? Some drama and lots of kink in this book. 4 Stars
