This is the third book in the series, it’s not a standalone, you must read the previous books before this one. Wow, this book starts off with a bang and it pretty much continues at that pace till the end. Although this story revolves around Penny and Phoenix, the rest of the gang appear too. We get some answers, but are still left with quite a few more that we hopefully get the answers to in the next book. This book is more action packed than the previous, there are a few twists and turns that you don’t see coming, the reader is kept on the edge of their seat right till the end. It doesn’t end on a cliff hanger as such but sets the reader up nicely for the next book, this was an enjoyable, fast paced read, can’t wait for the next book in this series. 4 Stars
