This is a new series from this author and has a total different feel to it from the authors other series, the story starts off with a bang but has a bit of a lull in the middle bit then picks up pace again towards the end. The story does have elements of BDSM, but I did enjoy that part of the story!

Tomi and Cole were childhood sweethearts but a devastating loss sees her pulling away from him, 10yrs pass and a chance meeting when she needs him the most throws them together and old feelings resurface. Although Tomi and Cole get there HEA, the book does have a cliffhanger that leads nicely on to the second book. We do get a dual point of view, which I love. I loved the background characters and can’t wait for their stories. Another great read from this author. 4 Stars
