This was a highly enjoyable sweet, sexy and fun read, it starts off with a bang ( literally!) and continues on from there. The story follows hot, sexy single dad, Hunter and Singleton Kate. While out for her birthday, Kate locks eyes with a hotty across the bar, after some flirting she agrees to go back to his house, he does disclose that he’s a single father but Kate doesn’t mind, until they are interrupted at a crucial moment! Kate makes her escape, she thinks that’s the end of their story but fate has other plans. Soon she discovers that Hunter is her new landlord, they try being friends but soon realise that the chemistry between them is off the charts and they can’t keep their hands off each other. They agree to a friends with benefits arrangement, Hunter agrees but he wants much more, can Kate get over her relationship fears and give Hunter a chance?
I really enjoyed this book, I read it in one sitting, the story flows well and doesn’t feel rushed. I loved both characters especially a precocious 4yr old! The chemistry between the MCs, is off the charts, you can feel it flowing from the pages! I loved that we got to see their relationship blossom and bloom after an embarrassing start! I don’t read many books about single dads, but after reading this I think I’m hooked! A highly addictive read. 4 Stars
