Wow, just wow, LJ Shen has done it again, this book is amazing and one of my favourite reads so far this year! No one writes alpha wholes like her! Celian really is a arsehole, it’s not just to one person, it’s everyone he meets and he’s totally unapologetic about it. Though he treats everyone like crap, you really can’t help but love him and as the story unfolds you find out that his heart really isn’t black and you really can’t blame him for how he acts. I loved how he knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to ask for it, confidence on a man is so sexy!

Jude was an amazing woman, she was strong, sassy, feisty and took no crap from anyone. I loved her humour and her one liners, she was an amazing friend, colleague and daughter, she was fierce and loved hard. Put her and Celian together and watch the sparks fly! You could feel the tension and sexual chemistry between them literally flow from the pages!

The story is fast paced, the sexual chemistry is electrifying and the sarcastic, witty banter will have you laughing out loud! Celian has the dirtiest mouth and boy does he know how to use it!! This is a fun, sexy read that will consume you and ruin you!

This book literally blew me away, I had high expectations going into this book and it didn’t disappoint. I totally devoured this book in one sitting, I was taken on a roller coaster ride of emotions and was spat out at the end. I was left with a huge book hangover and also left wondering what I was going to do with my life now that it was over! If you only one click one book this year, make it this one, I can’t recommend it highly enough. 5 Stars!
