This is the third book in the series, it could be read as a standalone, the couples from the previous books make an appearance but you don’t have to know their stories to enjoy this book. Once again this author has blown me away, I loved this book from beginning to end and never wanted it to stop! I love that the h don’t fit the usual mould, they are a bit quirky but own it and don’t care what anyone else says or thinks about them.

Fallon is an ER nurse but also volunteers in her spare time so her days off are precious to her, so the last thing she wants or needs is to be looking after the most hated hockey player in town when he has food poisoning. Zac can’t get his game, on ice, back on track and off ice his attitude keeps everyone away. The last thing he needs is a quirky, sarky nurse looking after him when he’s feeling his worst. No matter what he throws at her she won’t leave, but what happens when after the weekend he has his best game, can Fallon be the lucky charm he’s looking for? You will have to read to find out!

I loved this couple, they are both a bit prickly but soon warm up to each other, I think they are my favourite couple so far! I love that we will be getting a new series soon but I hope it’s not too long till we get more of the hartigans! 5 Stars
