This is the second book in the series but it’s the first one I have read, it can be read as a standalone but I will be reading the first book. This story follows Bodhi and Bridgette, Bodhi buys the house next door to widower and single mom Bridgette for his mam, he’s staying there while doing DIY. The connection between the pair is instant and explosive, the chemistry between them oozes from the pages and sets your kindle on fire! Bodhi is only in town for a few weeks so can only commit to the here and now, Bridgette is happy with that arrangement as she has her son to think off, but happens when lines are crossed? When hearts get involved? You will have to read to find out!!
I loved this book, this is a new to me author and I loved how you really could feel the sexual tension between the H/h. I was rooting for them from the start to open up to each other and give a relationship a shot. This was a hot read read that is guaranteed to keep you warm at night! 5 Stars
