Fighting To Score by Lisa B. Kamps is the full story of Shane & Chloe who we met in Christmas Interference, but can still be enjoyed as a standalone if you wish. This angst filled tale brings us on a journey of second chances after years apart and pain that seems to linger under the surface. The two characters are scared to rock the boat and move past their pain that they just hold status quo while trying to make things work. This story brought up emotions in me ~ at times I wanted to smack the crap out of these two and maybe shake them to wake up ~ reminding me that love can overcome pain. 5 Stars!

About the Author:

Lisa B. Kamps is a USA Today Bestselling Author who loves cheering loudly for her favorite hockey team, the Washington Capitals. She came about the fandom honestly as she lives in Maryland with her husband and two sons (who are mostly sorta-kinda out of the house), one very spoiled Border Collie, two cats with major attitude, several head of cattle, and entirely too many chickens to count.
