This is a new to me author and the first book I’ve read in this series, I don’t feel as if I missed anything by not reading the previous books, though I will be reading the series from the start!
I really enjoyed this book, I was hooked from the blurb and was sucked straight into the story from the first page. Although it’s a enemies to lovers, you get much more, the story isn’t as straight forward as first seems! Kyle and Chloe have a past, one that Chloe is still struggling with, Kyle lives to annoy her but is secretly crushing on her. Soon the enemies are becoming more but what happens when Chloe’s secret is revealed? Will Kyle be able to forgive and forget?
This book will have you laughing one moment then ugly crying the next! Tissues are definitely needed and mebes wine too! I really enjoyed the characters, I loved the interactions between and the banter. The chemistry between them melts your kindle, the background characters were interesting and helped to enhance the story. This was a highly enjoyable read that I highly recommend. 4 Stars
