5 stars! This was a great introduction to this series! To all kinds of supernatural in one place with a mystery to solve but hide at the same time. Eden must hide her true self but will she be able to at the Academy? She’s never let anyone in because she fears for their safety if she does. Can she trust anyone at the Academy or will they learn what she’s hiding? I feel for Eden and what she must do. She is a great character, she’s strong and smart. Her co-characters seem fascinating in their own right. Sloan did a great job keeping me interested and the story moves along nicely. To can feel the emotions emanating from the pages. This is definitely a must read for supernatural fans, you get a bit of each supernatural out there and what they can or can’t do. Can’t wait for the next installment.
